Tejaswini - Empowering Future Achievers Through Me

13 Jul 2026 Pise, Shahapur, Thane

Overview

As part of our ongoing mentorship initiative, we conducted an impactful session on Stress Management for 100 second-year tribal girls preparing for NEET and JEE at Shaskiya Adivasi Ashramshala, Pise, Shahapur. The session, “From Goals to Results – The Winning Preparation Plan,” was facilitated by Ms. Sharon D’Souza Pretto from Aspire For Her Foundation. To ensure personalised learning, the students were divided into separate NEET and JEE batches, enabling focused discussions tailored to their academic journeys. The session covered practical strategies on stress management, goal setting, maintaining motivation, and developing the right mindset for success in competitive examinations. The girls were interactive and enthusiastic, making the session engaging and impactful. RCMJ was represented by President Rtn. Mukul Jain and Rtn. Shailaja Mendon, who interacted with the students and encouraged them to remain confident, disciplined, and resilient in pursuing their dreams.
